What is a registered office address?
It is your company’s official address, shown on the public register and used for formal correspondence. This service provides an address; it does not form a new company.
Will this keep my home address private?
You can use the service address instead of your home for new company correspondence. A director’s service address is a separate option. Changing your address does not automatically remove home addresses from historic filings.
What happens to my post?
Your plan includes scanning official company correspondence, such as Companies House and HMRC letters. The Office & Director plan also covers official post for one director. General business mail, parcels and physical forwarding are excluded.
Can I use this for an existing company?
Yes. Once your service is activated, you can apply to update your registered office with Companies House. The signup does not automatically change your company’s public record.
Can I use a Glasgow address for any UK company?
This Glasgow service is intended for companies registered in Scotland. Your registered office must be in the same UK jurisdiction as your company registration.
What happens after I sign up?
Identity checks and payment take place before your address is activated. Sending the form starts that process — it does not charge you, and it does not change your company’s public record.
