If something has gone wrong

Tell us. We would much rather hear it than not.

1. Email us at info@registeredofficeco.co.uk with what happened and what you would like us to do about it.
2. We acknowledge within two working days, so you know it has reached a person.
3. We respond properly within ten working days. If it is complicated and we need longer, we will tell you why and when to expect an answer.
4. If you are still unhappy, say so and we will escalate it to a director, who will look at it fresh.

If we cannot resolve it between us:

• About your personal information — the Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or 0303 123 1113. You can go to them at any point; you do not need our permission or to come to us first.
• About the service — if you are a consumer, Citizens Advice can tell you where you stand, and you keep whatever rights the Consumer Rights Act gives you.
